Extension and Editor related FAQs

• I have installed an extenstion but can't login to it. 

1. Check if the right extension(auto-login, normal and etc) has installed on your browser or not by going to the extension settings on the browser. (Click here to follow the steps for verifying)

2. Ask if the URL is authorized for your application.

3. Log out/log in to the extension.

• Why am I not able to see the widget on my Interface?

There can be the following three reasons if you can't see widget on your interface:

1. An extension has Cache data which is stopping it to work properly. 

2. Your application has a CORS or CSP issue.

Click here to verify if you have CORS issue. 

• Why am I seeing the widget on my screen even though I am in expert Mode?

1. Check if Aidaxis is in integration mode. 
2. Check if the right extension has been installed on your browser or not.
3. Clear all Storage data Check for errors in DevTools: Open Chrome DevTools (CTRL + I or right-click > inspect >Open the following application Tab> Click Storage > Clear site data (check « including third-party cookies »).

• Why can’t I see all the updates in widget even though I have updated some of my existing assistances in the editor?

            Check if your computer has admin rights.

•  Why can't I update the Aidaxis editor, even though I clicked on Update option?

Check if your computer has admin rights. 

• Can I login to the extension and editor with the same credentials?

Yes , you can login with the same credentials.

• I can see some assistances available on the widget but not able to play them.

If you see some of the assistances that are available but you cannot play from the widget it means these assistances cannot start from the current page. 

• Do I have an option to trigger the assistances from editor?

yes , it is possible to trigger the assistances from editor.

• How can I change the graphic aspect of assistances(message/highlight)?

If you have an access as an expert then from the editor you have an access to chnage the graphics of assistances. 

• How can I see statistics of my assistances  as an expert?

From the editor you can directly see the statistics if you have an access to Aidaxis Dashboard Tableau.

• As an expert, How can I see only assistances that have been created by me in shared workspace with other experts?

You can filter only the assistances that have been created by you by clicking on the My Assistances check box in the editor. 

• what is the usage of adding tags to the assistances? 

              Tags can help an enduser to filter the assistances from the widget. 

• Why can't I record the actions in the editor even though I am in expert mode on the extension?
